Founder & Event Director
António Fonseca is the founder of Iron Core Tactical and the creator of Operation Iron Veil.
With a professional background spanning technology, project management, logistics, construction, and business leadership, he brings decades of real-world operational experience to the design and execution of immersive MilSim events.
A lifelong student of leadership, teamwork, and strategic planning, António founded Iron Core Tactical with a simple mission: to create professional, story-driven experiences where players are challenged not only by combat scenarios, but also by decision-making, communication, and unit cohesion.
Drawing inspiration from military doctrine, emergency management principles, and large-scale project execution, he focuses on building events that are safe, organized, realistic, and memorable.
Through Operation Iron Veil, António seeks to establish a new standard for MilSim experiences in New England—where mission success is earned through leadership, discipline, and teamwork.

Gley Thomas - Six
Founder & Creative Director
Gley Thomas is a founder of Iron Core Tactical and the Co-Creator and Creative Director of Operation Iron Veil. A former Infantry and Airborne Officer in the Brazilian Army, he brings a unique combination of military experience, creative leadership, and strategic vision to the development of immersive MilSim experiences.
His professional career spans administrative and financial management within multinational organizations, commercial leadership in the public sector, and more than three decades in visual communication, photography, filmmaking, and audiovisual production. Throughout his career, Gley has built a reputation for transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives that engage audiences and create lasting impact.
As a specialist in artificial intelligence-generated imagery, creative direction, digital marketing, and event storytelling, he plays a key role in shaping the atmosphere, visual identity, and immersive experience behind Operation Iron Veil. His expertise ensures that every detail—from narrative development and faction aesthetics to promotional media and player engagement—contributes to a realistic, professional, and unforgettable event.
Through Iron Core Tactical, Gley combines military discipline, creative innovation, and a passion for immersive storytelling to help establish a new standard for MilSim events in New England.

Important Update Regarding Operation Iron Veil
To our Operation Iron Veil community,
We regret to inform you that, due to unforeseen logistical issues involving our event venue, we have made the difficult decision to postpone Operation Iron Veil.
After months of planning, the property owner unexpectedly decided not to proceed with leasing the facility for the event. As a result, we no longer have a suitable venue capable of delivering the immersive experience we promised.
At this time, a new location has not yet been finalized. However, please know that our team is fully committed to securing the best possible venue rather than compromising the quality, realism, and authenticity that define Operation Iron Veil.
Our goal has always been to create more than just another airsoft event. We are building an immersive military simulation that offers an unforgettable experience for both Atlas Task Force and Crimson Legion operators. We will not sacrifice that vision simply to meet a calendar date.
We sincerely appreciate your patience, support, and confidence in our project. We will share updates as soon as a new venue and event date have been confirmed.
